Lately I’ve been thinking about my childhood days, its making me sick! I should have lived the dream! Dreaming of Deftones rocking out was one of the fondest imaginations of me a dirt-bag dude back in the day. Learned about Deftones when I was 13 the year when nu-metal conquered the airwaves. Chino Moreno’s air gasping voice makes me wanna do every suicide-girl with a knife, drive a convertible car mouth stuffed with freshly baked leaf and a lit cigar  “half naked” drown my miseries into a sea of blood but no sharks okay!…Got carried away busy updating my facebook status about this concert well I’m so freaking excited finally  the long wait is almost over! Everyone…. shove it!!!

Shadows Fall and the Madness in Manila

Today folks is the worldwide release of the “Madness in Manila” I expect that you should know it by now that Shadows Fall’s entire set at the Pulp Summer Slam Extinction was actually filmed in HD and you will now be able to watch it in the comfort of your home but of course its not impossible to include a little headbanging with it. This release would I guess let other bands to actually consider Manila as the new metal point meaning more bands will be playing here and we are gonna be so freaking?? - up to you!

Going back the guys went back to give us another night to see them METALizing in action. 

As what the frontman Brian Fair would say “Its not a show its a party” well that pictures that just exactly right? If you were in that party you know what I’m saying. Music museum has seats just like the thing you see in a film theater the seats are connected bay by bay no need to emphasize it but yeah I agree, you might be nodding now kinda off to see a metal band whilst sitting on your ass jeez but hey of course we cant just let that to happen. We were all brought up to the closest encounter ever, I tell you! 

Dying Fetus bringing the Homicide Asiawide Tour!

First leg of the South East Asian tour concluded on Sept 14, 2010 at the Amoranto Theater in Manila.

My earlobes were so destoyed and I was sweating like a terrorist in the middle of the desert, those are the things that a straight up death metal band like Dying Fetus can bring. They say you hurt someone that you like well I say to you the hurting didn’t mean anything when it comes to banging the crap out. Dying Fetus is superb, they put up a very great show, one of the best I’ve seen so far.

The venue is tight I think the ground was perfected for this kind of concert, it does create radical pits and effortless circles trust me you’ll agree! The floor has its own gravity to put slamming there big time. The first pit occurred when the guys played a song from their 4th album “Stop at Nothing” which was One Shot, One Kill. The latest fetus “Descend into Depravity” turned a year old that night as well, what a celebration! The guys will be coming back anytime I asked them about it personally and the only thing they would need to make it possible is a decent promotion.
